- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the order.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or natural disasters.

- We currently ship to all major locations in India.
- For remote or non-serviceable locations, delivery may take longer or may not be available. We will inform you if your location is not serviceable.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund as applicable.
